The friendship is solid, but there might be some issues around boundaries.

(Popped back to the while the sun was out and it was seriously frisky out there. I felt quite in the way. I got intrigued by the different angles of the antennae mind you; coincidence or significant?)

Two common red soldier beetles (I think) having an intimate time on a flower stalk. The antennae of one are sticking up, the other are flattened back. Slightly out of focus in the foreground is our wee drawn friend, looking away and shielding their eyes for privacy's sake.
