Self portrait (shadow and wall, 2023)

This captures a moment just before I learnt something important.

I learnt that a 360 camera is NOT a good choice for capturing the glorious sight of a rainbow at sea. It's there, if you look really closely, but.... aye...

Nice planet sphere though, and an excellent foghorn.

A 360 degree photo warped into a planet sphere. The photo is taken from within the grassy garden of a lighthouse. The house, whitewashed with red detailing, protrudes from the south west, while a white wall cuts across the centre and down to the south east. Beyond the wall to the north are cliffs dropping down to a blue sea. The sun is shining from the south, and a rainbow arches across the water on the north. It looks so insignificant it's barely worth mentioning, but it's there. On the north west a red fog horn sticks out to sea. It is slightly larger than it should be because I love a big red foghorn. The sky is blue with fluffy clouds to the left, and cloudy to the right. I have replaced the top down view of myself with a simple drawn figure, but my shadow remains on the on the wall. I'm all hair and elbows in it; elbows because I was holding the camera up high on a stick and trying to hold it steady, hair because it was windy
